Well, we have bought a gingerbread house decoration kit and we're going to save it for Christmas day, for the kids to decorate it with their favourite candies. Most kids we know love decorating the gingerbread house, probably because their dream house is one filled with candies!
Here, we show you the gorgeous and yummy gingerbread house we made some time back. I find it impossible to stop the kids from eating the candies that adorn the gingerbread house. So, be warned of the sugar high that comes along with this fun-filled activity!

- We are not so gung-ho to bake our own gingerbread cookies and assemble the house with homemade icing sugar. So we opt for the easier option, which is to buy a kit and let the children have fun.
- We stock up on different sprinkles and candies, so we'll just bring it out and let the kids go crazy with decorating the gingerbread house.
