Don’t have a green thumb just like me? Try these pink oyster mushrooms! Aside from growing green beans, it is not easy for children to see the fruits of their labour quickly. While there is merit in cultivating patience and responsibility, it is also nice to see visible growth!
I was advised to go crazy with watering the mushrooms and the children enjoyed spraying water at it three to four times a day. On the first day, when I spotted the tiny pink things, I was so excited, I touched them and they dropped off. I had not expected them to go KABOOM and the kids were very excited to watch the growth, and of course, EAT the growth. The box says we can expect a continuous harvest of about three to four months, and we are looking forward to it!
