Are your kids always jumping on the sofa or bed? Why not bring the kids to Amped Trampoline Park to burn off their energy? Our boys are always full of energy, so going to a trampoline park has become our favorite weekend activity, especially when the weather doesn’t allow us to go to an outdoor playground.

There are a few trampoline parks in Singapore, but we like going to Amped, in fact we have been regulars since we were first introduced to it 3 years ago. It’s a great workout for adults and children alike. Preschoolers also enjoy the trampolines tremendously. As long as your kid can walk and jump without support, they are pretty much ready to bounce on the trampolines.

For the younger ones, you can choose time slots that are reserved for 5 years and under, if you are worried that the older kids might recklessly crash into your little ones. As long as one exercises caution and follows instructions (such as only one person per trampoline), this is actually a safe and healthy workout for everyone!

At Amped Trampoline Park, there are many different ‘stations’, ranging from basketball, dodgeball, jumping over hurdles, mini ‘ninja warrior’ course, and jumping into a pool of foam cubes. It’s a huge place and well ventilated to ensure maximum enjoyment. So, the next time you are wondering how to burn off your kid’s high energy, hop over to the trampoline park for some non-stop fun!

Tips to get the best value out of this...

- Book ahead of time for your preferred 1hr time slot. Trust me, 1hr is more than enough to get you and your little one sweating and tired out.

- Grip socks are required, so bring your own or buy a pair at the counter.

- After a good jumping session, why not proceed to a nearby eatery to refuel? One of our favorites is  PS.Cafe at Martin Road, which is just around the corner (2 mins by car, or 5 mins by foot).
